I had not heard of wool dryer balls before finding them on the GuudGuuds website. What a great idea! Not only do they decrease static cling but they puff up towels and reduce wrinkling of items such as t-shirts and sheets. I have also learned that the chemicals in dryer sheets are not good for you and I am glad to have such a safe alternative. They are not particularly noisy as they sort of patter and lightly bounce around the dryer. Finding these tennis ball-sized woolly items in amongst the dry clothes is a fun bonus!
