How Sitti Soap shares the guud
"Sitti Soap is a conscious lifestyle brand committed to the self-reliance of refugee and displaced communities through long-term employment opportunities and skill development training, empowered by a global market of conscious consumers."
“Sitti” (si-TEE) means “My Grandmother” in Arabic. Living life with love, purpose, wisdom and dignity embody the Palestinian culture. It’s about keeping hope and peace alive in the midst of chaos. It’s a state of mind. Our Employees: Empowered women and men who hold up their communities and their families. They are wise, beautiful individuals who are proud of their heritage and have retained dignity and perseverance despite everything they’ve endured. They are loving, and welcome all into their home as if they were their own family. They serve others before themselves, even when they have little to give. They inspire us every day. Handmade: Each bar of soap is made by hand. There is a lot of love that goes into this soap, as well as skill and patience. Cold-press olive oil soap must dry for at least 30 days before being wrapped and taken to market for sale. The time it takes to make each batch of Sitti soap represents the commitment of each woman to her family, her community, and her culture. Sitti works hard to create quality products for you and your family.
